Guidance line

  • This assumes you'll be financing or leasing different types of equipment from different vendors within a 12-month period.
  • As funds are needed, you can request a term loan, capital lease or tax (true) lease.
  • This line is non-revolving, and each funding request reduces the remaining availability of the guidance line by the amount of the request.
  • No payments are due unless the line is used.

Line of credit

  • This assumes you'll fund a single large purchase over time by making down payments, deposits and progress payments to the equipment seller.
  • Interest is collected monthly on the amount of funds needed.
  • Interest rate and repayment terms are determined when the credit line is established and remain fixed for the duration of the draw period and permanent amortization.
  • It can be established for use as a term loan, capital lease or tax (true) lease.
  • This line is non-revolving, and each funding request reduces the remaining availability of the line of credit by the amount of the request.
  • You can request a summary reporting of line usage for recordkeeping purposes.
