A smart safe is a way to securely store your business's cash and monitor money at every step of the cash-handling process. Unlike a regular safe, it's not just a place to store your business’s money. It also automates your cash-handling process, saving you time and protecting your assets.
Once money is deposited, the smart safe counts how much cash is in the safe. We receive a daily report and provide a provisional credit to your business account the same day. You can easily keep track of your balance in Commercial Advantage.

Each employee is given a PIN. To access the safe, the employee must enter their PIN, which will create a record of their transactions and limits their access based on their role. This safety feature reduces the risk of unauthorized access, as well as internal and external theft.
