What options do I have for the type of credit card statements I and my employees can receive?
You have the option of receiving every cardholder's charges on one statement (consolidated), or each cardholder can receive and pay his or her own statement (individual). In addition to your monthly statement, you have the option to receive quarterly categorized expense reports.
What is the annual percentage rate (APR)?
The purchase APR varies based on the type of business card you select:

First Citizens Rewards Business Visa® Card: Prime Rate + 9.74%
First Citizens Business Visa® Card: Prime Rate + 6.74%

APR (Annual Percentage Rate) — The Prime Rate used to determine your APR is the Prime Rate as published in The Wall Street Journal on the last business day of the preceding calendar month. The current Prime Rate as of March 31, 2018 is 4.75% and may vary in the future.
Are there interest charges on purchases?
There are no interest charges on purchases if you pay your balance within 25 days.
Do you have a balance transfer offer?
Yes. At account opening we offer 0% for the first 6 months on balance transfers, then your balance reverts to the purchase rate assigned to your card.
Can I learn more about the First Citizens Rewards® program before applying?
Yes. You can visit firstcitizensrewards.com at any time to learn about the different program options. You can also browse through the many rewards categories we offer including cash back, digital rewards, gift cards, merchandise and more.
If I have questions related to the point balance on my First Citizens Rewards® account, whom do I contact?
Contact the First Citizens Rewards® Center at 1.866.645.1694. Customer Service Representatives are available 7 days a week between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Eastern time. You may also access your account at firstcitizensrewards.com.
What is chip technology?
