Your customers will arrive at this page via a link from your website, a link in an email or other type of notification. This is also your mobile site, compatible with tablets and smartphones.

This page is configured to match your brand, company name, color scheme and menu options.

Customers will enter a piece of identification data, like a phone number or account number, to log in and begin their payment process.

From here, payers or donors will fill out their personal and payment information and the amount they wish to pay.

You can optionally present a list of reasons for customers to identify the reason for their payment.

Lastly, customers will need to enter their bank account or credit card information. You choose whether to accept payments from checking accounts, credit or debit cards. The payer will be prompted to confirm their payment and will receive an email notification confirming that a payment has been authorized.

It's that simple! In just a few clicks, you've been paid online.

At this point, the customer can choose to use all the information they just entered to enroll.

In this case, they would use the “Login” menu on the home page in the future instead of “Pay Now”. After logging in, an enrolled customer would be able to view payment history, manage recurring payments and edit account details like passwords, email settings and payment methods.

During the enrollment process, users will have the opportunity to create their own user name and password, and select personal security questions and answers. When customers log in they will be able to view and pay their bills online.

In this case, let’s assume our payer, Anna Williams, has already enrolled and is ready to log in. Once Anna logs in, she is taken to the home page where she can view a summary of her bill information and make her payment or select “View” to see her full bill. This example shows our detailed bill style, but you can choose from several bill presentment styles, ranging from a simple summary of the amount due to detailed line items and even a PDF representation of the bills you send in the mail.

Back on the home page, Anna can quickly make another payment, see important messages from your company, add a payment method or set up an automatic payment. Encouraging your customers to set up automatic payments can significantly reduce the length of your collection cycle by ensuring customers pay on time. The system allows a comprehensive set of automatic payment options, including payment plans. As with all features, the options you make available are completely up to you.

To make her payment, Anna can select the amount she wishes to pay, the bank account or card she wants to use as well as the date on which she wants to pay.

It is your choice whether you want to accept payments from bank accounts and credit cards, or both.

Anna will then be taken to this verification page, where she can review payment details, read her payment posting commitment and accept a set of terms and conditions. Once Anna completes her payment, she will receive a confirmation page that she can print for her own records.

Anna can choose to make this an automatically recurring payment or return to the home page to see previously made payments including any details of the payment she just made. At the top of the site, Anna can easily navigate to view her full payment history and click to view more details from each payment.

Anna can manage her account settings, including email notifications, payment information and her password.
