Yes. Spouses and unmarried dependent children may be insured under the family plan. If you choose the family plan, spouses are insured for 50% of your additional coverage amount. Unmarried dependent children are each insured for 20%, regardless of the number of dependent children. If there are no dependent children, their spouse will be insured for 60% of the additional coverage.
