How to get started with Digital Banking for business

  • Starting Monday, July 18, visit FirstCitizens.com or download the First Citizens Mobile Banking app to your mobile device or tablet.
  • Sign in using the Login ID mailed to you in a letter dated June 30, 2022. Follow the simple steps to confirm your identity and create your new password, then choose Register Your Device.

Frequently asked questions about Digital Banking

If you're a OneWest Bank customer, online banking access will end at 6 pm PT on Friday, July 15. If you're a CIT treasury management customer, online banking access will end at 9 pm ET on Friday, July 15. After this time, you won't be able to view your balances and transactions, or initiate transactions and transfers. Your online banking access will resume at First Citizens on Monday, July 18.

Your bill pay payees will convert automatically, and your scheduled or recurring bill payments will continue to be paid without interruption. However, your bill pay transaction history and eBills won't automatically convert to First Citizens Digital Banking, so be sure to save your history and eBill information prior to Friday, July 15, at 6 pm PT.

Account transfers can't be converted, so you'll need to reschedule any future-dated account transfers and reestablish all recurring transfers.

Yes. First Citizens offers a robust set of alerts that can be customized for a variety of account activities and treasury management conditions. Simply make note of the alerts you're currently using so you can easily reestablish them with First Citizens.

Starting Monday, July 18, 2022, visit FirstCitizens.com from your desktop or laptop computer or download the First Citizens Mobile Business Banking app to your mobile device or tablet.

If you enrolled in Digital Banking for business with OneWest Bank on or before April 29, 2022, you can log in using the Login ID mailed to you in a letter dated June 30, 2022.

If you enrolled in online banking with OneWest Bank after April 29, 2022—or if you were not already enrolled in online banking—you can enroll in First Citizens Digital Banking for business on or after July 18, 2022.

Important: Your existing primary user for your business will be converted, but any other existing users for your business will need to be reestablished in First Citizens Digital Banking on or after Monday, July 18, 2022.

Make sure to download or print your online banking statements and transaction history from OneWest Bank prior to 6 pm PT on Friday, July 15. Starting Monday, July 18, your transaction history for your new First Citizens products will start to be retained and statements will become available for your review.
