Rewards point balances are typically updated within 3 business days after your purchase with the exception of holidays.
You can log in to Digital Banking to see your rewards balance, redeem points and manage your account.
When you redeem points for cash back, funds can be deposited to your First Citizens checking or savings account, or as a statement credit for your credit card.
Pay Me Back gives you more flexibility in how you redeem your points for rewards. You can use Pay Me Back to offset qualifying purchases over $100 by redeeming your points for a statement credit.
You can use Pay My Loan to reward yourself by applying a credit towards your loan or mortgage principal. Please note that Pay My Loan doesn't replace your scheduled monthly payment.

When prompted, enter your 16-digit credit card number, then select option 1 to speak with our Travel Service Team. They can answer all your travel-related questions and book travel rewards as requested.
Most gift cards and merchandise will be received within 10 business days. However, please allow up to 20 business days, especially during peak redemption season. Keep in mind that your items may be shipped separately.
If your reward is damaged or lost, please contact the First Citizens Rewards Center at 866-645-1694 Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 9 pm ET or Sunday from 8 am to 6 pm ET. Our Service Team will collect your information, process the required forms and walk you through the next steps for your inquiry or dispute.

You can access your rewards account profile by logging into Digital Banking. Navigate to your reward experience, then select My Account from the top-level menu bar. There you'll see all the profile details for your rewards account, including transactions with earning and redemption history.
To update your rewards profile, log in to Digital Banking. In the left-hand menu, select Profile & Preferences. When you update this profile, the changes will carry over to your rewards profile the next time you log in.
Yes. Authorized redeemers are users who you choose to redeem points from your rewards account on your behalf. You may select your authorized redeemers online by logging into Digital Banking and navigating to Account Preferences. Authorized redeemers who are not cardholders can only make redemptions by calling the First Citizens Rewards Center at 866-645-1694.
