Use either SFTP or HTTPS to transfer encrypted files with balance and transaction detail, reconcile accounts, originate ACH payments and perform other key treasury management services.

Yes. If you need a file placed back in your inbox, call 866-322-4249, select option 3 and ask to speak to a data exchange analyst. You can also email us at TreasuryManagementSupport@FirstCitizens.com. Files older than 2 months aren't accessible.

Yes. You can automate your transmissions by using your own FTP or sFTP of your choosing to schedule your transmissions. Note that your automation must be supported by your company.

We offer a number of treasury management services that work with DES, including account reconciliation and check issue files, ACH origination, BAI previous day reporting, commercial image cash letter using the X9.37 standard, DDA statements, EDI reporting and eReceivables.

Yes. You can use Data Exchange Service to manually upload and download your files.

  • sFTP: FTP Key Exchange over SSH - uses port 22
  • FTPS: Secure SSL Exchange over FTP - uses port 991

Secure file exchange allows you to automatically send and receive financial information using secure connections to the bank. It eliminates the need for multiple logins to online banking and multiple file downloads to load into your financial tools.
