How to get started with Business Digital Banking

  • Starting Monday, November 14, visit FirstCitizens.com or download the First Citizens Mobile Banking app to your mobile device or tablet.
  • Sign in using the Login ID mailed to you in a letter dated October 27, 2022. Follow the simple steps to confirm your identity and create your new password, then choose Register Your Device.

Business Digital Banking frequently asked questions

Online banking access at CIT Bank ended at 9 pm ET on Thursday, November 10. Your service resumed at First Citizens on Monday, November 14.

Account transfers or payments previously set up in CIT Bank online banking couldn't be converted, so you'll need to establish these on or after November 14 in First Citizens Digital Banking.

Your bill pay payees converted automatically, and your scheduled or recurring bill payments will continue to be paid without interruption. Your bill pay transaction history and eBills automatically converted to First Citizens Digital Banking.

Yes. First Citizens offers a robust set of alerts that can be customized for a variety of account activities and treasury management conditions. Simply make note of the alerts you're currently using so you can easily reestablish them with First Citizens.

No. With First Citizens Bank, you no longer have access to closed account information through Digital Banking.

Starting Monday, November 14, you'll need to reconnect these services to Digital Banking. Use the Intuit Transition Guide available at FirstCitizens.com/cit-bank-webconnect.pdf to reestablish your connection to your Intuit services. If you require troubleshooting support, please contact Intuit support directly.

Just visit FirstCitizens.com from your desktop or laptop computer or download the First Citizens Mobile Banking app to your mobile device or tablet starting Monday, November 14.

Sign in using the Login ID mailed to you in a letter dated October 27, 2022. Follow the simple steps to confirm your identity and create your new password. Then, select Register Your Device if you're logging in from a device you plan to use regularly.

Please note: Physical tokens will no longer be necessary. You'll use your login credentials and then authenticate via a secure access code to confirm your identity.

Important: Your existing primary user for your business will be converted, but any other existing users for your business will need to be be reestablished by you on the Business Digital Banking platform on or after Monday, November 14.

Simply download our iPhone®, iPad® or Android™ app from the App Store® or Google Play™. Then on November 14, you can log in using the credentials we sent to you in our letter dated October 27, 2022.

Starting on November 14, just give us a call at 866-FCB-4BIZ (866-322-4249) from 8 am to 9 pm ET Monday to Friday, or 8 am to 8 pm ET Saturday. We're eager to make your online banking experience even more rewarding at First Citizens.

Your loan and deposit interest rates will show in Digital Banking 2 days after conversion. Rest assured that the rate is correctly being applied and this a display matter only.

Accounts that you may have linked to view in CIT Bank online banking won't be accessible in First Citizens Digital Banking. Rest assured that your accounts did indeed convert, but you'll need to visit your local branch on or after November 14 to view them in Digital Banking.

First Citizens does not charge fees to download or access First Citizens Digital Banking, including the First Citizens mobile banking app. Mobile carrier fees may apply for data and text message usage. Check with your carrier for more information. Fees may apply for use of certain services in First Citizens Digital Banking.
