Silicon Valley Bank is now First Citizens Innovation Banking, a division of First Citizens Bank, dedicated to banking the innovation economy, specializing in serving investors, technology and life science companies.

SVB Global Fund Banking is now First Citizens Fund Banking, providing specialized financial services, credit facilities and treasury management to private equity, venture capital and private credit firms across the full lifecycle of their funds.

CIT Commercial Services is now First Citizens Working Capital Finance, a premier financial partner for middle-market businesses, providing access to factoring, asset-based lending, supply chain finance, international factoring and receivables purchasing businesses.

SVB Wine Division is now First Citizens Bank, a specialized commercial banking division, offering financing, banking solutions to wineries, vineyards and vintner families.

Then, we invested in strengthening the team and the fundamentals, including risk management. We deliver industry-leading levels of client satisfaction, and our clients today give us even higher satisfaction marks than prior to 2023.

Now, we're focused on growth for our First Citizens Innovation Banking division—evolving our solutions and building new and expanded products and services that our clients need in 2026 and beyond.
