A small business debit card is a debit card linked to a business checking account. You can use it like a credit card, but the money you spend is deducted directly from your business checking account. You can also use your Visa Business Debit card at ATMs to access the cash in your business account.
Manage your everyday expenses with your business debit card. Replace petty cash for easier expense tracking. Using a debit card for business is faster than writing checks and more convenient than cash. Use it anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.
When you open a First Citizens business checking account, you can request a small business debit card to access your account.
You should separate your business and personal expenses and only use your business debit card for business purchases and payments. The transaction amount will be debited from your linked business checking account.
Call 800-292-2100 to activate your business debit card. Sign the back of your card in blue or black ink.
Account openings are subject to bank approval.
Certain terms, conditions and exclusions apply. In order for coverage to apply, you must use your covered Visa card to secure transactions. Please refer to the Visa Business Card Guide to Benefits (PDF) for further details.
Visa's Zero Liability Policy does not apply to certain commercial card transactions or transactions not processed by Visa. First Citizens credit cards automatically protect you from liability for unauthorized transactions when you report them promptly. Please consult our Deposit Account Agreement (PDF) for information on unauthorized transactions.
