We'll send you instructions via mail and email for the smooth transfer of your online access and treasury management functions.

Before Friday, July 15

Get ready

Please update your CIT accounts' users, permissions and templates prior to this date to simplify your transition. Be sure to download and save your transaction history.

Friday, July 15

CIT access ends

Online access to CIT systems will end at 9 pm ET on July 15 and will be unavailable over the weekend.

Monday, July 18

Transition completed

Your accounts will become First Citizens accounts. Online and mobile access will be available the morning of July 18.

Please confirm the accuracy of your transferred information and ensure your user permissions are in place.

Yes. We'll arrange for the automatic transfer of many of your wire templates, ACH templates, permission settings and other personalized data. Your transaction processes may be slightly different, and we'll help you achieve the same result with a different feature or capability wherever possible. Overall, you should be able to get comfortable and familiar with your new platform in a short period of time.

We'll provide all the hands-on assistance you may require to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. Your company's online administrators will be receiving a mail package from us with all the necessary details, including key to-do items before and after your transition. In addition, we encourage you to take full advantage of the many helpful guides and demonstration videos that will be available in the coming weeks here in our Treasury Management Transition Center.
