Remote Deposit Capture gives customers the freedom to deposit funds in their accounts without leaving their office, plant or shop.

Essentials to know

  • All current users of Remote Deposit Capture will receive an activation email on Monday, July 18, which will contain a username and a link to set up your new password and multifactor authentication preferences.
  • Action items: Confirm you have a supported scanner. Supported scanners include:

    • Digital Check TS240

    • Digital Check CX-30

    • Panini My Vision X

    • Panini I:Deal

    If you aren't using one of the supported scanners, at your earliest opportunity, please contact our Client Banking Services team at 888-984-7692, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 9 pm ET, and we'll arrange to supply a supported scanner. Please allow 1 week for delivery.

To access the RDC platform, access FirstCitizens.com, select Log In in the upper right corner, select Other Services and finally select Remote Deposit Capture.

By July 18, you'll be receiving a email from First Citizens to activate your RDC service. The email will include your current username, but a new password must be setup.

Supported scanners include: Digital Check TS240, Digital Check CX-30, Panini My Vision X, and Panini I:Deal.

Minimum operating system requirements are as follows:

  • Windows: 8, 8.1, 10 and 11
  • Apple Mac OS: Catalina, Big Sur and Monterey

Also required is a high-speed internet connection and a computer with a 2.0 USB port.
