Account Reconciliation Plan

Summary of service

Account Reconciliation Plan, or ARP, reconciles your company's bank statements. It's available in several versions: Full Reconciliation, Partial Reconciliation and Deposit Reconciliation. Full Reconciliation is often paired with Check Positive Pay to maximize fraud protection.

Essentials to know

  • Full Account Reconciliation will now arrive via paper statements monthly. Also, an electronic file of your paid checks and outstanding check issues will be delivered monthly through Data Exchange Service, our direct transmission application, if enrolled.
  • You'll be able to upload your check issue files in Commercial Advantage. For additional resources to help you create and load files, please refer to the Commercial Advantage Learning Center.
  • You won't have the ability to look back to see if there was ever a stop payment on a check. Instead, you can use your paper recon to review the check status.
  • First Citizens maintenance requests are available after overnight processing.
