Hope: And that's the heart of this anniversary. We look back at our past so we can look ahead to our future.

Frank: What does the future look like for First Citizens? If the past is any guide, we'll be bringing the same values to our customers, big and small.

Hope: There's definitely a First Citizens way of doing things. Always keeping an eye on the long-term, thinking in terms of people, and not just money, and building relationships that last.

Frank: An essential part of the First Citizens way of doing banking is remembering that the way people bank with us changes, but the values we bring to our customers, those shouldn't ever change.

Hope: We believe in learning and growing and innovating and adapting with a changing world.

Frank: We've grown a lot over the years in terms of where you'll find First Citizens and what First Citizens can do for you. We're stable, secure and strong and we're getting stronger.

Hope: We have more than 500 branches coast to coast and a national direct bank.

Frank: It's important that we're structured to serve all markets and succeed in them, too.

Hope: No matter how big or small a customer might be, we can help them do more and achieve more.

Frank: 125 years is a great milestone, and we should all be proud of it because we've reached it together.

Hope: Throughout this anniversary year, we should keep that in mind. It's going to be an exciting journey and I'm looking forward to being a part of it with you.
