Important Information about Hurricane Florence

Due to Hurricane Florence, some branches in North Carolina, South Carolina and other affected areas will temporarily close for business. Please contact your local branch or visit our online branch locator for an update on its status. The safety of our customers and associates is of utmost importance to us during this time.

Even when offices are closed, there are other ways you can bank with us, including:

For Business Customers:

  • Continue to use Business Online Banking (BOB) Advantage to check account balances, transfer funds, initiate ACH transactions and Wire transfers, pay bills and more.
    • For Positive Pay, decisions on exceptions that are not entered by 3:30 pm Eastern time will default to either pay or return based on your default decision elected at time of enrollment for the service.
    • For ACH Monitor, all exceptions for which a decision is not entered by 3:30 pm Eastern time, will be automatically returned.
  • Call Business Central for assistance at 1.866.FCB 4BIZ (1.866.322.4249), Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern time.

As with past storms, the bank will offer special credit assistance programs as warranted to help qualifying customers and associates in affected counties. Details will be forthcoming as disaster declarations are completed.

Filing a Claim with First Citizens Insurance Services
