Pay People with Popmoney®


+What is Popmoney?
Popmoney gives you the ability to send money to or receive money from anyone with just an email address or mobile phone number.
+How do I register for Popmoney?
If you are a Bill Pay customer, simply log in to Personal Online Banking, select the Payments tab, and click on Pay People. Set your preferences by selecting "Preferences" and entering a mobile phone number and/or email address; this will allow you to receive money quickly. Now you are ready to use Popmoney. If you are not registered for Bill Pay, log in to Personal Online Banking, go to the Customer Service tab and click Enroll an Account in Bill Pay1.
+How do I send a Popmoney payment?
From the Payments Menu in the mobile app, select Pay People, then Send Money. Enter a valid email address or mobile phone number. Enter the amount you wish to send. Confirm the payment details and continue to complete the transaction.
+How do I receive money with Popmoney in the mobile app?
To receive money after you have set your preferences in Personal Online Banking, select Pay People from the mobile app or mobile web Payments menu. From the Pay People menu select "Receive Money" then choose the account to which you would like to have the money deposited. Confirm the details and continue to complete the deposit.
+How quickly is my payment received?
All Popmoney transactions are subjected to verification and may not be available for immediate receipt.
+Can I view previous Popmoney transactions in the Mobile App?
Previous transactions are available for up to 90 days.
+Is there a fee to use Popmoney in the Mobile app?
There is no charge to send or receive a Popmoney transaction.
+If I add a contact for Popmoney is it saved to my mobile phone?
No. Popmoney contacts are not saved to your mobile device.
+What are my Popmoney daily and monthly maximum limits?
Limits vary from customer to customer. Transactions are validated prior to each payment and may not be available for immediate receipt.
+What if the recipient does not claim the payment?
Payments expire after 10 days. The payment and fee will be returned to your account.
+Will the recipient be able to see my account information?
No personal information is exchanged between the recipient and the sender.
+Can I use Popmoney for payments outside of the United States?
At this time, Popmoney is only available between bank accounts in the United States.
