Business Online Banking Advantage® Domestic Wire Transfers

All domestic wire transfers submitted through Business Online Banking Advantage® prior to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time will be processed the same day.
You will need to contact Business Support at 1.866.322.4249, option 5 between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Eastern time weekdays. However, a wire transfer is considered guaranteed funds and in many cases cannot be recalled successfully.
You can view incoming wire transactions from the Account History page within Business Online Banking Advantage.
Funds will be credited back to your account. Once you confirm receipt, you may resubmit the wire with corrected instructions.
You would need to contact the beneficiary to verify their account name, account number and their bank’s Fed wire ABA number.
Domestic funds will be credited the same business day.
First Citizens will process the wire transfers on the next business day following the weekend or holiday.
The wire status will be updated to ACKNOWLEDGED and your available balance will reflect the difference.
You will need to send us a secure message from Business Online Banking Advantage, or contact Business Support at 1.866.322.4249, option 5 between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Eastern time weekdays. Our Wire Transfer Department will then put a trace on the wire to assist the recipient bank in locating the funds.

Include the following information on your instructions to the originating institution.

Name of Bank: First Citizens Bank
City and State: Raleigh, NC
ABA Number: 053100300
Beneficiary: Customer's account name and First Citizens Bank account number
