Accessing Your Brokerage Account

The ability to view your First Citizens Investor Services brokerage account and to effect online transactions at your convenience is available to clients who have registered for online account access. With this service you can receive market data and detailed information about your securities account, including your positions, balances, activity and more. If in the past you viewed your account only, but now would like to register to place trades online, please contact your Financial Consultant. Also, because it is updated from time to time, please review the First Citizens Investor Services, Inc. Internet Agreement and Activation Form ("Agreement").

To register please review the First Citizens Investor Services, Inc. Internet Agreement, complete the Internet Agreement & Activation Form, and forward it to the address at the bottom of the form. You may also contact your Financial Consultant for assistance, if needed. In either case, once your account has been activated, important information you will need to log in to your account will be forwarded to you.
