A. Bank Checks are negotiable instruments that are guaranteed funds. They are a direct obligation of the bank and they have no expiration date.

Q. When will my account be charged?
A. Your account will be charged on the day your Bank Check request is processed. Bank Check orders are processed on business days only. If your order is placed after 3:00 pm ET it will be processed and your account will be charged on the next business day.

Q. How can I track delivery?
A. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your Bank Check request is processed. You can track delivery of your Bank Check on FedEx's website.
