Quick Reference Guide

Step 1: Sign In

On the First Citizens homepage click on the drop down box - Sign Into Your Accounts. Select Personal and click Sign In. Enter your Customer ID and Password and sign into Online Banking. Use the My Profile button at the top of the page to change and personalize your Customer ID, Password and account names so that your online banking experience is simplified.

Step 2: Homepage

Accounts are summarized on the Home page. Bank accounts and even Credit Cards show your balance at a glance. Online access to investment accounts is a click and sign-in away. Access to online banking features such as Bill Payment, Funds Transfers and Customer Service options are an easy tab click. If you have any questions regarding Online Banking, the Help With This Page section will answer frequently asked questions. You can access Help from any page within Online Banking.

Step 3: Account Detail

You can view account details, including Pending Transactions, by clicking on the account name from the Home page. You can easily view other accounts by selecting them in the drop down list box and clicking View. Within the account detail you can view images of cleared checks by clicking on the check number, and PDFs of prior statements using the e.statements button. If you use Quicken or Microsoft Money, you can download your transactions to your PC.

Step 4: Fund Transfer

Manage the flow of your money between your First Citizens accounts using the Funds Transfer option. You can make immediate, future or recurring transfers between your First Citizens accounts. You can even make a payment on your First Citizens credit card.

Step 5: Bill Payment

With the convenience of online Bill Pay you control when you pay your bills. Schedule your payments as the bills come or set them to repeat so you don't have to worry about them each month. You can receive electronic bills and make things even more convenient.
