Using Quicken® or Microsoft® Money®

First Citizens online banking with Quicken or Microsoft Money gives you convenient access to your accounts 24 hours a day. Plus, with our optional bill pay service, you can pay your bills the easy way, online.

Banking online with Quicken or Microsoft Money is different than Personal Online Banking through the Internet. With Personal Online Services with Bill Pay, you sign in and view your accounts at our website. And of course you can still download transactions to Quicken or Microsoft Money. However, when you do your online banking with Quicken or Microsoft Money, the software on your computer connects and downloads banking transactions directly into your financial management software.

With online banking through Quicken or Microsoft Money, you can access checking, savings, money market and line of credit accounts (such as a CheckLine Reserve or an EquityLine) as well as use our optional online bill pay service.
