You authorize us to charge your service charge account for the monthly service fee and the "other charges." Monthly service fees and charges will be imposed at the end of each statement period based on the number of bill pay service transactions during the statement period (or during the calendar month for customers using Quicken or Microsoft Money software to access their accounts).
