Quick Reference Guide

Step 1: Sign In

On the First Citizens homepage click on the drop down box - Sign Into Your Accounts. Select netAccess and click Sign In. Enter your Customer ID and Password and sign into netAccess. Use the My Profile button at the top of the page to change and personalize your Customer ID, Password and account names so that your online banking experience is simplified.

Step 2: Account Summary

All your accounts and current balances are summarized on the Home page. Access to your online banking features such as Bill Payment, Funds Transfer and Customer Service options are just a click away. If you have any questions regarding netAccess, the Help With This Page section will answer frequently asked questions. You can access Help from any page within netAccess.

Step 3: Account Detail

You can view account details by clicking on the account name from the Home page. You can easily view other accounts by selecting them in the drop down list box and clicking View. Within the account detail you can view images of cleared checks by clicking on the check number. If you use Quicken or Microsoft Money, you can download your transactions to your PC.

Step 4: Fund Transfer

Manage the flow of your money between your First Citizens business accounts using the Funds Transfer option. You can make immediate, future or recurring transfers between your First Citizens business accounts. You can even make a payment to your First Citizens business credit card.

Step 5: Bill Payment

With the convenience of online Bill Pay you control when you pay your bills. Schedule your payments as the bills come or set them to repeat so you don't have to worry about them each month. You can receive electronic bills and make things even more convenient.

Do all of this whenever you want and at no charge with First Citizens netAccess. You can also pay your bills online with our Online Bill Pay service. The electric bill, the water bill, the whatever bill - you can pay it online in a matter of minutes. And if you are a Business Quest customer, Online Bill Pay is free.
