Much like Personal Online Services with Bill Pay for our personal banking customers, netAccess offers a full range of banking services, readily available on the web, specially tailored to meet the day-in, day-out demands of running a business.


The 24 Hour, Self-Service Bank

netAccess is intuitive and simple to use. You can personalize your netAccess page, so that you see only the specific account information you need at any given time. Or, if you prefer, you can see all of your account information at once. It’s your call.

netAccess for business allows you to:

  • View current account balances
  • Track account activity including your First Citizens Visa® Business Check Card and First Citizens credit card purchases
  • Transfer funds between your First Citizens business accounts
  • Schedule one-time and recurring payments and transfers
  • Make payments to your First Citizens loans, lines of credit and credit cards
  • View check images, both front and back
  • Initiate stop payments on checks
  • Request check and statement copies
  • Download transactions to your financial management software — Microsoft® Money®, Intuit Quicken® and QuickBooks®.

All netAccess transactions are entirely secure, and if you ever have any problems, online help is always available.

Only the Beginning

The optional Online Bill Pay service, allows you to make payments to anyone, from anywhere, at any time. Business Quest checking account customers receive Online Bill Pay at no charge, other customers pay a small fee. Should your online banking needs grow, we offer the more robust Business Online Banking (BOB) Advantage, a comprehensive range of business banking and cash management features including multi-user access, previous- and same-day information reporting, and corporate payment options like ACH and wire transfers.
