Wholesale Lockbox Service

Our Wholesale Lockbox service is designed to speed the collection of large denomination checks. Customers remit payments directly to a unique post office box in Charlotte, NC. Your company's mail will be transported daily by bank courier from the U.S. Postal Center in Charlotte to the First Citizens lockbox processing area. The lockbox center will process deposits and clear the received payments. Thus, your company's cash flow improves as its receivables are promptly converted into available funds. The envelopes, any accompanying enclosures, and photocopies of the original checks are all forwarded to your company. And now with First Citizens NetQuery service, you can access remittance images through a secure Internet site, thus allowing your service area to quickly respond to your customer's inquiries.
