Rapid Response Urgent Care Receives First Citizens Amazing Customer Service Award

Honor recognizes Wake County business for outstanding customer service

RALEIGH, N.C. - Rapid Response Urgent Care, a primary and occupational medical care facility in Wake County, has been named the recipient of the First Citizens Bank Amazing Customer Service Award.

The award is given to an area business that goes above and beyond in providing its customers with amazing service. It was presented at the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce's Pinnacle Business Awards on May 21.

"The First Citizens Bank Amazing Customer Service Award is our way of recognizing a Triangle business that is committed to superior customer service," said Ed Willingham, the bank's central region executive vice president. "We honor Rapid Response Urgent Care for its dedication to patient care and remaining true to its motto 'do it right the first time and every time thereafter.'"

Willingham presented the custom-designed, etched-glass honor to a representative of Rapid Response during the awards dinner at the Raleigh Convention and Conference Center Complex. A committee appointed by the Chamber reviewed the nominations and selected the winner.

"For more than a century First Citizens has put customers first," said Willingham. "That's why we want to recognize a business that shares our belief that customer service is paramount to success."

Rapid Response Urgent Care got high marks for its compassion for patients, innovative approaches to providing medical care and customer service training and incentives. The medical facility has been in business for seven years serving private patients and area businesses. It employs 12 people at two locations in Garner and Fuquay-Varina.
