First Citizens Bank to Offer Additional Saturday Hours in the Triad Beginning Sept. 7

RALEIGH, N.C. - First Citizens Bank will offer Saturday hours in another Triad office starting Sept. 7. The Friendly Center office at 620 Green Valley Road in Greensboro office will be fully staffed and will be open from 9 a.m. until noon.

People can bank in the branch or use the drive-through lanes. Customers will be able to conduct general transactions, open accounts and apply for mortgages and other credit services. First Citizens offers a complete line of business and consumer products including Free Checking.

"Our decision to offer another branch with Saturday hours is based on wanting our customers to have added flexibility and convenience," said Bill Happer, First Citizens Guilford area executive. "Giving customers more options in how they bank with us is an effective way to deliver on our commitment to amazing customer service."

Saturday hours are not new to First Citizens in the Triad. The bank's in-store offices are open Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon. Those offices are located in Lowes Foods in Winston-Salem (3372 Robin Hood Road), Clemmons (2501 Lewisville Clemmons Road) and Lewisville (6219 Shallowford Road).

First Citizens also has had weekend hours at its in-store branches and at drive-through lanes at selected offices in other cities in North Carolina and Virginia.
