First Citizens Bank to Open New Mooresville Branch

Office to hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday, April 9, at 10 a.m.

MOORESVILLE, N.C.— First Citizens Bank will open its second branch in Mooresville on Monday, April 9. The 3,900-square-foot office is located at 151 Williamson Road near the Morrison Plantation subdivision.

"The opening of our new office will allow us to expand our operations in this fast-growing region of the county," Area Vice President Bill Elder said. "First Citizens is well suited to meet the financial needs of businesses and individuals in Mooresville, the Lake Norman area and South Iredell County. We can offer our customers the personal service they deserve and provide them with the comprehensive products and technology that they expect from their bank."

Bank officials and representatives from the Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony to dedicate the new office at 10 a.m., April 9. The branch will also host an open house on Monday, April 23, from noon to 1 p.m. The community is invited to visit and enjoy food and refreshments.

Vice President Debbie Owen, who has 15 years of banking experience, has been named the branch's financial services manager.

Customers of the new office will have the convenience of three drive-through lanes and an ATM drive-up lane. Office hours will be Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

In conjunction with its opening, the new Mooresville office also will have special promotions on checking accounts, EquityLines and certificates of deposit.

Visitors to the branch can register to enter a drawing for one of two $500 savings bonds. Entrants do not need to be present to win. The drawing will be held on Friday, May 18.

In addition to the new branch, a second First Citizens office is located inside the Lowes Foods store at 631 Brawley School Road in Mooresville.
